The Society is a leadership honor society devoted to helping its members discover and achieve their goals. It has more than 480,000 members on 479 college and university campuses in the US. including: Auburn, DePaul, Grambling, Indiana State, Michigan State, Ohio State, the University of Arizona, UC Berkeley, Alabama, Oregon, Texas, Florida, Washington State and hundreds more.

Students are selected by their college for membership based on either academic standing or leadership potential. In addition to honorable distinction, the Society provides leadership skills training, scholarships, exclusive on-campus events, employer recruitment through an online job bank, and discounts on computers, textbooks, grad school prep courses, insurance and much more. Membership is for life.
